As this is still a family business we have tried to keep all the ingredients seasonal, well sourced and of the highest quality. Everything is hand iced and baked in small batches to really give the essence of simple old fashioned cooking.
We carefully select our ingredients for their freshness, flavor and natural value. We choose organic products when available. Everything we make embodies our commitment to consistency and excellence. The heart of the bakery is a small, dedicated group of hard working bakers.
